Mario Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rodriguez has over 20 years of health care management experience holding numerous leadership positions in a variety of settings. He possesses a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and has served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer with several national LTACH corporations. Mr. Rodriguez was involved in the planning, coordination and opening of two new LTACH hospitals in Texas. He also has a clinical background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and was instrumental in developing clinical protocols and guidelines for national LTACH corporations.

Mauro Mohrer, Director of Quality & Risk Management
Mr. Mohrer has over 5 years of experience in Risk Management and Quality Improvement and he was involved in the hospital's start-up. He worked most recently as the Clinical Risk Manager for an acute care hospital in Laredo. Mr. Mohrer’s education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico. Mr. Mohrer is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Ruben Duran, Director of Plant Operations
Mr. Duran has over 11 years experience in Plant Operations in the health care setting. His areas of service include maintaining JACHO documentation, preventive maintenance program, and mechanical hands on training. He has been instrumental in the opening of one acute care facility and several diagnostic and family clinics. Ruben has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in air conditioning and refrigeration. He also has other training that is essential to hospital operations which include weapons of mass destruction awareness course, hazardous materials awareness course, hospital mass casualty operations training course and Satori alternative to managing aggression basic course.

Anna Marie Scott, RRT, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mrs. Scott has over 13 years of healthcare experience. A Registered Respiratory Therapist, her professional experience includes services in Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Emergency Services, JCAHO Accreditation Coordinator and Performance Improvement Coordinator for a Respiratory Therapy Department. Mrs. Scott’s marketing experience includes over 1 year as Clinical Liaison for Laredo Specialty Hospital.
